Accessorize located at Birmingham Airport is recruiting for a Temporary Part Time Store Supervisor until Oct 2026 but may become permanent.
Applicants will be contracted to 20 hours a week but would be expected to do overtime when required. Hours of work could be starting from 3.30am and latest finish would 10.00pm on any day of the week so full flexibility is required to meet store opening hours.

Duties:
This is a customer facing and team leading role.
Applicants should be prepared to demonstrate the following skills:
Visual merchandising; people management; customer service; working towards KPIs and targets. Duties also include cash handling, stock replenishment deliveries.
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous retail experience
Have previous supervisory/management experience
Be well always presented
Have excellent communications skills
