Apprenticeships are designed to open opportunities for people who want to gain a professional qualification whilst gaining valuable and relevant work experience. All of our apprentices are supported to ensure they get the most out of their apprenticeship and are provided with dedicated time and resource to focus on achieving their apprenticeship.
At Birmingham Airport whilst you'll report to a manager and you will also be given a dedicated mentor to guide you on your journey.

Our Apprenticeship Scheme Delivery
There are different ways apprenticeships can be delivered, some of our apprenticeships require attendance at education establishments on a regular basis whilst other training providers offer on the job assessments and remote support via online learning.
Each apprenticeship will have a set criteria that needs to be met in terms of experience in the workplace, and we work closely with our apprenticeship partners to ensure that you get the support needed to assist you in your journey.
Professional qualifications are achieved through apprenticeships, and range from Level 2 to Level 7 (equivalent to a Master's degree) depending on the chosen scheme.
